VSI Mission Inauguration

Viswa Shanti International Mission - Inauguration

We have great pleasure to announce that VSI Mission was inaugurated as scheduled on Saturday 5th May 2012, at the presence of a proud crowd, who were committed to promote the cause. Unfortunately, Kerala was hit by a state wide 12 Hrs. day time harthal, which certainly affected the glamour of the proceedings. But, neither the organizers nor the guests were disappointed. Wing Commander (Retd.) N J Mathew from Kochi took on the responsibility of bringing the Chief Guest Hon. Justice P K Shamsuddin to the venue from Kochi, right in time. We truly experienced the love and concern of our well wishers. They all contributed their honourable share to make the functions colourful. All our esteemed guests, who came to the function, at their own risks deserve praise. It is this sort of unique commitment and concern that hold us strong and encourage us to take up this great mission of love and empathy.
The whole team of VSI Mission promoters knows that the path we have chosen need not be smooth and fragrant. It is the beauty of the purpose that we are concerned with. The voiceless masses in India need something different. Viswa Shanti International Mission aims at regeneration of the voiceless masses, in economic, racial, physical and spiritual realms of their existence. Viswa Shantigrams, modelled on Gandhiji’s Sevagrams are the first project that we envision. What we require is not thick money bags but big empathetic hearts.
A few photographs of the inauguration are published below.

Thank You
